thomascorporate developed the brand for Düsseldorf’s biggest residential building project on behalf of a joint project undertaken by the real estate developers BAUWENS and Wohnkompanie. The aim of the project was to establish a new family-friendly residential quarter with high-quality urban planning and open spaces. A clever mix of different homes integrated with various services, local amenities and social infrastructure, the project is designed to create an attractive urban living space.
